Well the boss is of course Stamatis (pictured here). With his amazing grasp of the English language (as anyone who reads the specials board will know!) and his firm decisive ideas, he is the driving force behind what gets done (and indeed what doesnt!) in the bar. Then of course there's Spiros and Nicos (Stamatis' sons). Spiros runs the bar itself and generally tries to prevent whatever disaster is about to happen! Nicos (who runs the supermarket halfway up resort) on the other hand is often the cause of whatever disaster is about to happen! (just ask about when he was in the greek army!).
